EarthGen and Clark County Green School are excited to welcome you all to the new school year, and host you all at our Middle and High School Student Summit! Educators and students groups are invited to participate in:
- Learning about Climate Justice and global youth environmental leaders
- Activating student voice to create change in their community
- Engaging with community partners
- Connecting with peers across Clark County
For this event the following will be provided:
- Lunch for all attendess
- Substitute and transportation reimbursement

Please be sure to arrange all transportation and substitute accommodations through your school district early!
How many people can attend from each school? We invite up to 10 students and 1-2 staff members per Clark County school to join us at the Summit. (Please only register yourself (educators). We will follow up with you about the number of students attending the event.)
We’re just starting our Certification work. Can we still attend? Of course. In fact, the Summit is a great way to kickstart enthusiasm for all things environmental action for the school year.
Will we receive sub reimbursements? Yes. Our partners at Clark County Green Schools are generously providing substitute reimbursements. Please email Samantha Springs (Samantha.SpringsLeCain@clark.wa.gov) for more information.
Will we receive transportation reimbursements? Yes. Clark County Green Schools is also covering transportation costs. Please email Samantha Springs (Samantha.SpringsLeCain@clark.wa.gov) for more information.
Will we receive lunch? Yes! Every attendee will receive a healthy lunch, vegetarian options will be available.
What do I need to do before the Summit? After you register, EarthGen will follow up with an attendee packet. We encourage you to complete and email this packet to us as soon as possible and email it to Cam (cameron.foy@earthgenwa.org).
