Community Projects

With support from community partners, EarthGen facilitates action projects that make schools and communities greener and healthier.

Each of our science education programs includes an opportunity to design and implement solutions for a healthier and more sustainable community. From rain gardens to energy conservation, youth engage in collective action to improve their local environment.

Community partners can be involved in many ways, such as providing funding, expertise, volunteers, or supplies and materials.

“The experience is not just an idea, but students are actually taking action to plant food and maintain wildlife habitats. EarthGen has helped us to have more caring and responsible little human beings.”
