Andy Shouse, Ph.D.
Andy leads EarthGen’s vision and strategic growth, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, STEM education, and education policy. Most recently, he served as Chief Program Officer and Interim co-CEO at Washington STEM, where he partnered with school districts and community organizations to expand access to high-quality STEM learning for all students. Throughout his career, Andy has held leadership roles in academia and national organizations, including the University of Washington and the National Academy of Sciences, reflecting a deep commitment to racial and social justice, youth leadership, and equitable education opportunities.
Andy holds a PhD in Curriculum, Teaching, and Educational Policy from Michigan State University.
