Heena Khatri serves as EarthGen’s Acting Executive Director, stepping into the role from the Board to lead the organization through its next chapter. She brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, nonprofit governance, and community-based work, with a focus on improving outcomes for underserved communities and supporting youth and families.
Her background reflects a strong commitment to student-centered leadership, community voice, and expanding access to opportunity.
