EarthGen’s Certification program encourages student-led action projects to create a healthier more sustainable campus and community. This opportunity is available to educators in Pierce County, Tacoma, and other outlying regions. Join us for an introduction to the Certification process on February 1 from 4 – 5 pm over Zoom. This is an opportunity to:
- learn about the 6-step certification process
- brainstorm possible sustainable action projects
- receive high-quality resources from EarthGen and other community organizations like Pierce County, Tacoma Public Utilities, and Pierce County Conservation District

Educators Receive:
1 STEM clock hour for attending, courtesy of EarthGen
3 STEM clock hours for completing an EarthGen School Certification by June 30th
We hope you will leave this event feeling inspired to lead a sustainable action project on your campus!
Following this opportunity, we will have an in-depth Certification training on March 1st in person, where we will learn more about the Certification process and connect you with local resources.
