The BIPOC Voices project is designed to support educator and student learning about BIPOC professionals who work as scientists and community advocates. We have created a set of resources, including four video interviews and an activity guide, to inspire these explorations and critical conversations.
We are currently recruiting educators to participate in a pilot program to gather feedback about how these resources can be improved. We anticipate the pilot activities (including classroom implementation) would take about five hours in total, and you will have six weeks to complete these activities. We will be providing 5 STEM Clock Hours as well as a stipend of $100 to compensate participants for their time and energy.
