EarthGen’s Next Chapter: New Leadership, Growth, and Opportunities Ahead

As EarthGen continues to evolve and expand its impact, we are excited to share that we are preparing for a new phase of organizational growth, including new executive leadership. Together with our board and staff, we are building the next chapter of EarthGen’s journey, ensuring that our mission continues to thrive and grow in new, meaningful ways.

Our commitment to environmental and sustainability education remains at the heart of everything we do. We are eager to continue developing programs that elevate all students’ experiences and voices, helping identify best practices in youth-centered education and engagement. By fostering collective learning and growth, we aim to support communities across Washington as they work toward a sustainable future.

Exciting News

We are also excited to share that after nine incredible years with EarthGen, most recently as Director of Programs, Nayiri Haroutunian will be transitioning into a new role as Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Nayiri will oversee the development of external partnerships with nonprofit, education, business, and government sectors to strengthen EarthGen’s statewide impact and growth. She will continue to be instrumental in securing the engagement of stakeholders as we expand our footprint across local communities.

Join Us on Our Growth Journey

Our small but mighty team is thrilled to embark on this next phase of EarthGen’s evolution. As we move forward, we remain committed to being excellent partners, both internally and externally, in the work we do together.

As EarthGen reimagines its team, we are excited to announce opportunities to grow our program team. We seek new team members who represent diverse lived experiences and cultural backgrounds, share our passion for youth-centered education, and are ready to join us on this growth journey. We aim to foster a culture of kindness, care, and excellence for the students, teachers, and communities we serve.
