EarthGen is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to serve as our next Executive Director (ED). The ED will drive EarthGen’s mission forward by building partnerships with school districts, communities, and stakeholders across Washington state, all while overseeing our strategic priorities and expanding EarthGen’s impact.
Key responsibilities include leading team development, evolving our programs to meet community needs, expanding our statewide presence, and fostering external relationships to grow our network. The ED will also focus on securing EarthGen’s financial health through strategic fundraising and overseeing our legislative agenda.
This is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven leader with a passion for climate action and education to shape EarthGen’s future and make a lasting impact. The ED will collaborate with staff and board members to advance EarthGen’s vision, build a resilient team, and strengthen partnerships across the state.
