Project VOICE (Vancouver Outreach and Innovation for Community and Environment) is a community of STEM educators in Vancouver School District that are working to connect their lessons to real-world environmental and climate problems.
We will be learning from local BIPOC-led organizations who are leading efforts to preserve and restore community and environmental health in the Vancouver area. We will also strive to cultivate classroom spaces which honor student voice and encourage youth leadership. Participants will work with a cohort of educators and participate in a field experience with local partners to bring their content to life for the students they serve.
