EarthGen is excited to announce the launch of its Youth Advisory Committee and is now seeking young people ages 14–22 from across Washington to apply.
This new committee will bring youth voices directly into EarthGen’s work, helping shape climate education efforts and informing how the organization connects with young people statewide. Participants will collaborate with peers, share their perspectives, and contribute to real decisions that guide future programming.

The Youth Advisory Committee will meet virtually every other month from August 2026 through June 2027. Members will receive volunteer hours and mentorship throughout their time on the committee.
This opportunity is open to youth who are curious, motivated, and interested in contributing their ideas and experiences, whether they are already involved in climate work or just getting started.
Applications are due by June 14, 2026.
