Students Shaping Environmental Action This Fall

EarthGen works alongside students to create programs that are shaped by youth voices and focused on local environmental issues. This fall, we’re inviting students across Washington to take the lead.

Statewide, EarthGen is looking for five high school students to design and speak on a youth panel at the Washington Science Teachers Association conference in Tacoma. They will share their ideas and experiences with educators on how to best support student-led climate solutions.

In Pierce County, middle and high school students are invited to join the planning team for the YESS Youth Climate Summit. Together with EarthGen staff they will shape sessions and lead activities for an engaging event that will bring together their peers from across the county.
