SparkTalk Series: Honoring migrant stories with Monarch Mystery

More than 35,000 migrant students bring their unique perspectives, knowledge, and heritage to Washington state schools each day. Yet, classrooms are not set up to attend to migrant students’ unique needs. On March 1, join us to learn how the experiences of migrant students inspired EarthGen’s science unit, Monarch Mystery.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of how EarthGen works in partnership with migrant communities to honor student and community perspectives to create rich learning experiences for students all over the state.
