As we reflect on the past year, we are proud to share the launch of EarthGen’s Year in Review—a celebration of the growth, deepening partnerships, and collective action that have defined our journey. This year’s review offers a window into the work EarthGen has accomplished alongside educators, students, and communities across Washington state.
From supporting youth-led environmental initiatives to equipping teachers with the tools to bring climate justice into their classrooms, the Year in Review captures the heart of our mission: to create a sustainable future for all.
We’ve embraced opportunities to deepen relationships with key partners like the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Seattle Sounders FC which has helped us support youth in more meaningful ways. Our ongoing collaboration with OSPI has been pivotal in supporting bilingual environmental education, including the revamping of the Monarch Mystery curriculum to make learning more accessible and engaging for students across the state.
These partnerships—whether with schools, local governments, or environmental organizations—have allowed us to make a lasting impact through collaboration, trust, and shared values.
The Year in Review is more than a report; it’s a story of the communities that have worked tirelessly to create change, from stormwater management projects in Spokane schools to the Clark County Student Summits that put youth voices at the center of environmental action.
We invite you to explore the full Year in Review and see how EarthGen, with your support, is advancing environmental stewardship and climate action throughout the state.
