Waterville Students Bring Climate Conversations into the Community

“Teaching climate change is very emotional, and helping students embrace those emotions is vital,” shared a teacher attending EarthGen’s newest training, Climate Grief and Creative Expression. This training is designed to equip teachers with skills to address their own climate grief and to support students in the classroom with social emotional learning that will help them manage feelings that can develop when learning about climate change.

Foundations of Climate Change (Asynchronous Course)

This April is Earth Month! Get prepared during this asynchronous course to talk about climate change, local impacts, and teaching tools to bring this content into your own classroom! This course will also include resources for having challenging conversations around climate change and exploring data with support of a climate scientist.
